Founded in 1994 by David Whittingham at that time had twenty-five years experience in the Oil and Gas industry
including work with system houses, OEM's, contractors and end users.
De Flow was instrumental in developing the European market for Omni Flow Computers the Houston based world leader in
panel mounted fiscal metering computers. De Flow is supported by a group of international respected instrumentation
and measurement engineers.

De Flow associates are internationally respected measurement companies and engineers with Ken Stothard Associates Ltd.
In addition De Flow Ltd. work with 4c Measurement founded by Mr. Andy Jamieson the former Shell Expro senior engineer

in Russia and CIS.
