Founded in 1994 by David Whittingham with a background of thirty-five years in the Oil and Gas industry working for system houses, OEM’s, contractors and oil companies.

De Flow Ltd. is supported by a group of internationally respected instrumentation and measurement engineers.

Our current 2023 projects include the supply for fiscal flow computers, PD Meters and sampling systems for SOCAR in Azerbaijan via Azmetco company in Baku.

Management Team

De Flow Ltd.’s management team has an outstanding track record of delivering measurement solutions that combine leading edge technology with cost-effective installation in the oil field.

David Whittingham

David is a Director of De Flow Ltd with 30 years in the oil and gas industry. Before setting up De Flow Lid in 1994 David worked for major oil companies, metering system consultants, and founded the successful measurement solutions company De Flow in 1994.

Gilmar De Souza

Gilmar is the Business Development Manager for Brazil, responsible for sales, marketing and business development.

Prof Hoi Yeung

Emeritus Prof Hoi Yeung, Technical Adviser is expert in multiphase flows and measurement. He was Head of Oil and Gas Engineering at Cranfield University before he retired in 2016. He has a number of patents and over 150 publications on flow, measurement, metering and control.

Ivan Endovitsky

Ivan Endovitsky has responsibility for development and marketing in North America. Ivan has degrees in both engineering and management plus 20 years international sales and project experience in the oil and gas industry.

Dmitry Kratirov

Dmitry leads the technical support team for well monitoring applications with extensive experience developing applications and equipment.

Well monitor flow acceptance test at Cranfield with personnel from Niger Delta Petroleum Resources (NDPR), Nigeria.

Client feedback

They have provided us with a meter which we marinized for subsea application. The subsea version of the well monitor was tested underwater for ROV operation compatibility, and was tested metrologically at an independent flow loop.

We believe the well monitor can address some unique multiphase flow measurement applications where other meters cannot operate.
